Ty Pink – Company director
Originally from the UK, I came to New Zealand in the mid 90's looking for adventure, opportunity but most of all quality of life. I think I found all three and more.
I followed a family tradition in horticulture after leaving school and went on to gain a diploma in the industry. In New Zealand, I added papers in the landscape and civil construction industry. I currently hold a diploma in Landscape/civil construction.
I have spent the last decade managing large civil construction and landscape projects in the commercial sector. In recent years I successfully transitioned in to the building sector using my construction skill base where I have been designing and building small living spaces along with commercial and residential construction.
Sam Pink – Construction
Sam is part of the construction team. A great man with a great practical mind. He has taken to building with a passion.
The last two years of school, Sam completed a government funded building program building a modular design home from scratch.
He moved in to the landscape construction industry before joining me at The Building Maintenance Company.
His easy, accepting manner and practical skill makes him a great asset.
